Family Pride and Go USA
I don't know what has gotten into me the past week and a half but I am enamored and inspired by the performances seen in these amazing summer olympics.
Now, I was an athlete in college and I absolutely love sports, but I just can't get enough of these 2008 games. I find myself tearing up at every individual story covered and every world record broken. I have so much pride for our country and so much admiration for those who dedicate their lives to being truly GREAT at one discipline.
It makes me appreciate every single thing in my life. My kids, my husband, my family. I am so grateful that we can all decide and choose what it is that we want to be truly GREAT at. I am so fortunate to have a family that gives me that same sense of pride and GRATEFULNESS!!! (I mean my 3 yr old walks across the balance beam at tumbling with a beanie baby on top of her head and I am cheering and snapping pics like its the world championships) We should all be proud of the things and people that we love. Whether it is an olympic athlete's accomplishments or your husband coming home with a smile - happy to spend time with the family. It should all remind us of what is truly important and GREAT in our lives.

Wedding of the Year!!!
Well, I have been to my share of the good ol ceremonial "I Dos" over the past 10 years. But the event that took place last week was one to reflect upon for many years to come. We had such a wonderful time in Florida watching M and B begin their new life together. I have never seen two people more suited for one another and so HAPPY to be together. They are amazing people and my husband and I will cherish their friendship always.
And seriously she was the most stunning, beautiful bride i have EVER seen!
It was so fun to take pics - but I don't know how wedding photographers can handle all that pressure :) I've got to give it to you moll - you rock!

Road Trip
Such a fun visit today from one of my favorite families on the west coast.
They made a stop in north dallas to visit and take some pics. This was the easiest session ever... as you can see Miss M is a pro when it comes to her close up.
We had a great time, you guys are the best. Have a wonderful vacation and we will see you in a couple months.

Miss M's cousin is so sweet and getting more and more handsome everyday! I am dear friends with his mom and it is a pleasure to watch him grow into such a fine young man.
